Reservations on WhatsApp

The reservation form on this site does not send your details to our server. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", it opens WhatsApp on your device with a ready-made message (name, number of people, date, time, note). You decide whether to send it.

Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, and we use it only to answer and confirm your reservation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a booking (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which buttons they use (for example "Reserve" or "Directions"). It runs only if you press Accept in the cookie banner. If you press Deny, no analytics data is collected. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings button on the page.

Cookies in use: a consent cookie that remembers your choice (strictly necessary, set by our cookie banner), and, only after you accept, Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that last up to 2 years. Fonts and images are served from this site; we do not embed third-party maps or videos.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, date and browser type to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept for a short period.

Links to other services

The site links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. When you open them, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights write to milk.dubrovnik@gmail.com.

You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
